An Introduction to Selling

Are you new to selling? Have you had no or very little structured sales training? Do you need direction in the way you sell?

Big Bang's Introduction to Selling starts to build on the concept of conversational selling as opposed to the tried and tested straightforward needs/benefits based selling technique.

You will learn:

The structure to selling, and what selling is. You will be able to go through a sale from start to finish whether cold calling or dealing with a 'hot' lead. We will also cover encountering and dealing with objections along the way.
